About the Role

Our client is an high flyer investment firm in the heart of London looking for their first ever HR Advisor- very exciting! They want to make some huge changes within both of their branches and they recognise that in order to do this, they must first seek to find out what the employees want. 

You'll be expected to: 

- Assess team and department structures, and reshape as appropriate 

- Encourage team building and collaborative working 

- Liaise with clients on feedback and generate internal reports quarterly to MD 

- Advise the Board on all lawful HR matters including internal  governance 

- Implement best practice recruitment within both branches (London and Birmingham) 

- Monitor key metrics such retention rates and turnover 

- Design company policies in response to industry development 

- Conduct internal data analysis and research on employee relations and experience and advise on next steps 



Your experience: 

- 5 years experience within the investment industry 

- Minimum of 5 years experience as a HR professional (advisor or Manager) 

- CIPD qualified, preferably Advanced Dip. Level 7 

- Good knowledge of UK employment law
